START FROM THE BOTTOM
Our wood-fire oven is CRAZY hot (+450'C upwards), which means your pizzas are in the oven for 1-2 mins only, the bases are not a typical Australian style thick crust, our bases are made with an extremely high protein Italian flour, its thin with a raised edge, you'll see a varying degree of charring which adds to the flavour and we assure you it is cooked, they are BEST eaten immediately, so we do recommend dining in to maximise your taste sensation experience.
WHATS ON TOP
Authentic Neapolitan Italian Pizzas are minimally topped, there must be a balance between the crust, base sauce and topping - so that you can taste each component (there should never be too much of any one component), Authentic Neapolitan pizza bases are delicate and delicious and not meant to be loaded with toppings - taste the base and flavour combination we are sure you'll agree
UNIQUE & AUTHENTIC
We do not sell mass produced or store bought /machine made pizzas, Our pizza bases are made and crafted by hand, our pizzas are Authentic Neapolitan style pizzas, and we use only the finest premium ingredients, most of which are imported from Italy (like Truffle Oil, Prosciutto and our Mozzarella) the rest of our ingredients are all sourced locally (fresh Basil, Rocket, Mushrooms etc), we implore you to not compare our pizzas to other brands/styles and just simply enjoy the authentic difference
